Technical Lead / Project Manager

Looking for 6-10 years experienced Senior Java Developers with excellent experience in full lifecycle application development in a multi-tier web based environment. Experience with JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate (Servlets, Struts, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, EJB, JMS, AJAX, etc.) is desired with hands-on experience in Spring Framework and Struts. Experience in packaging and build tools like Ant, JUnit and applications servers such as Web Sphere, Tomcat, or Web Logic.

Embedded System Multimedia Engineer

Embedded System GUI Developer

Minimum 3+ years of experience in development of Linux software for Embedded Products.Expertize in C Programming Language and have fundamental knowledge in multimedia and graphics. HR Manager

HR Manager must ensure that the HR Process i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance, Training and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable) are handled at executive level. He/She should have hands on experience on PMS(Performance Management System) and should liaison with the government officials (labour commissioner etc) to ensure that all the statutory compliances are coordinated and completed on time.

The candidate must be ensuring good track and relationship with all the associates at site to ensure that the attrition levels are less than 20 %. The candidate should coordinate with the department heads and process the calculation of the performance pay components of salary of the associates and advice the same to accounts for release of incentives after the approval from CEO.
